Visage Textiles aims to provide you with the most up to date information on our Company, Services and product ranges. We endeavour to continue providing our customers with an online service that is informative and represents the high standard of service we have provided throughout the years.

General usage

The Visage Textiles website has been created for you, our valued customer, therefore we ask you to refrain from any actions that could be deemed offensive or malicious while using the site. If you have any ideas, constructive feedback, queries or issues with the site, please do not hesitate to contact us using the form found on our contact page.

Intellectual Property Rights

Imagery (e.g. product photography) has been created in-house by Visage Textiles and is therefore under their ownership. If you wish to use any imagery found on the website you must first obtain the permission of Visage Textiles. Similarly, Textual content found on this website must not be taken and used for any purpose without the recipient of the information first being granted permission by Visage Textiles.

Use of photographs for business use is permitted and photographs can be taken from our website. Please bear in mind that these images will have a Visage Textiles watermark. We can NOT provide you with photographs through any other means.

Offsite links, including Distributors & Stockists

While we are proud to be associated with the individuals/companies/organisations found on our site, we cannot take any responsibility for the content they provide once you have navigated away from the Visage Textiles website. If you would like to report a link as having inappropriate content, please leave us a message using our contact page.

Product information and Pricing

All of our prices listed do not include VAT.

All product information and pricing is subject to change without notice at the discretion of Visage Textiles Ltd.

While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted in our images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting, photo processing software and other factors it is almost impossible to represent colour to 100% accuracy.

All of our products are assumed to be non-fire resistant and hand wash only.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently only accept payment by credit/debit card (via Paypal) or BACS.

Online ordering system

There is a minimum spend of £100 (Not including VAT & carriage) The carriage price quoted does not include VAT and is for delivery to the UK Mainland only. If you require delivery outside the UK, one of our sales staff will contact you to discuss carriage price when we process your order. In addition, lengths and prices given are approximate and will be discussed with you before payment is taken for your order. You will require a password to allow access to our prices and online ordering system. Please contact us for details on how to obtain a password here.

Sample Requests

We offer a complimentary sample service and encourage our customers to take advantage of this service before placing large orders for fabric. Please note that sample requests of large quantities or from abroad may incur a carriage charge.

Returns Policy

No claims can be accepted after goods have been cut or processed in any way. Goods are supplied on the condition that they remain the property of the seller until full payment is received.

Carriage Charges

Carriage is free for all mainland UK orders totalling £300 or more. For orders under £300, carriage will be charged at £9.75 + VAT.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
